The Sampoerna Academy will develop and foster the following:
1. The core values of the academy
2. The personal qualities of honesty, integrity and respect for truth;
3. A lifelong love of learning in order to support the development of academic potential;
4. Respect for people from a variety of cultural and racial backgrounds and of various religious and political orientations;
5. A lasting commitment to international co-operation and an understanding of the interdependence of individuals, groups, and nations;
6. Skill and pride in developing competence in other languages other than the mother tongue;
7. An appreciation of Indonesian culture and its contribution to the heritage;
8. Care and concern for those less fortunate than themselves;
9. The determination to achieve the highest possible standards in all that they do.
